Given the fact that our home had been on the market almost two years prior to meeting Jeff, we proposed to him that we should probably reduce our price. Now it would have been easy for Jeff to say OK great what were you thinking. But, he didn’t do that. Instead he showed us numerous comps. That substantiated our price and provided us with a list of potential buyers in that price point that should be explored before we consider that kind of strategy.
