Too many buyers, not enough inventory, cash circulating in the market and way too many newly licensed agents trying to get “a piece of the pie”... Oh boy! You need an experienced, educated and innovative realtor to navigate today’s real estate climate. I have been selling real estate and advising clients for 27 years.

I’m a proud mother of two grown children. My son Brooks, his wife Aeriel, and new granddaughter Wren (my heart melts) are settled into life in Waldo! My daughter Chayse has graduated from Ole Miss with a Marketing Degree (she loves the South and crawfish) and doesn’t plan to return to Kansas, so she’s s currently enrolled in Grad School at Ole Miss, seeking her Masters in Marketing. Maybe one day she will come work for her mom! I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise in real estate. But even more importantly, I love the people I assist through this process. I can’t wait to be a part of this process and involved in finding and making a home for my “peeps”. I get emotional because I care.
