In addition to my experience helping clients to buy and sell their properties, my wife and I have bought and sold 13 homes during the course of our marriage as we traversed the country during my corporate career. I came to love the journey of selling and buying homes! My personal experiences included new home construction, homes that were in “move-in” condition, some needing cosmetic updates, and several that required a complete remodel (these were the most fun!) Best of all, on all but one where we broke even, we made a significant return on our investment on all the others … almost always way above the average appreciation rate.

With that, I have “an eye” for spotting value in homes based on location, architecture, room configuration, “what can be done to open things up,” and most importantly, what’s the right price. I really love coaching buyers through the process, and helping them to find the home that’s right and will maximize their return on investment.

Before my real estate career, I was a sales and marketing executive in market research and high-tech services, with a history of negotiating win-win contracts.

I earned an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Rochester and have an undergraduate degree in Economics.
